Looks like good times. Funny watching the women get knocked around, then the big guy barely moves. Interesting that you guys use different stances than what we learned in the Marines.

I was the first one to shoot. We use a stance square with the target. Now my sisters on the other hand didnt really listen to instructions on how to stand. So I kinda let them get into a stance that they felt comfortable with and still be kinda steady.

May be it is Just Washington... but aren't fully automatic weapons illegal? Looks like fun though.

Well first off look in the background of that video and you will see my Dodge Ram Sheriff Truck. Also anyone can own a fullauto if you get the right permits (classIII). That range is part of our shooting range. Thats just a small 100yd one. We have CQB, pistol, shotgun, sniper, and multiuse ranges. We even have a "Hot House" or shoot house we use for SWAT.

Phillippi,

I like that video. I like the fact that everyone got to shoot and had a good instructor to show them and help them do it safely.

Before I got my CWP I went to a local gun shop that was run by a retired law enforcement officer. I had him teach me everything he could. I feel I am much better off having learned from a professional as opposed to learning in the Hood!

I have one question though. Where are the spent shells being ejected. I looked but couldn't see where they were falling.

Guns and family can be mixed safely!! My daughter used to go to the range with me when she was little.

That video quality went way down when I submitted it to youtube. The original you can clearly see all the spent casings. I wish I had tracer rounds. At night they are fun. We have not had them for a long time.

hey, Thats not a long way from here. Almost a straight shot from here. Once I catch 84 it is a straight shot right to both places.. That might be a nice "Road Trip" in late spring early summer...
